Aloha! Oh gosh it's been a week since I last posted! So today I thought I'd share the outfit I wore today. I went with one of my best friends, it was very chilly and I teamed up my outfit with a leather jacket, military boots and a peachy/pink infinity scarf! Little flurries of snow were falling so I put my hair up into a high ponytail to keep it out of the way!
I wore a long sleeve baggy jumper from Forever 21 which I absolutely adore, it is so comfy and not too thick which is great because I get really warm whilst shopping! It was £14.75, which I think is pretty decent!
On the bottom half I wore high waisted burgundy skinny jeans from New Look. I swear by skinny jeans and wear them 90% of the time, they are so comfy and practical. Plus you can wear them in all seasons, wearing them with a vest or a few layers! I paid £22.99 and these are my second pair! I also have them in dark blue!
LOVE! x

Quick Mini Haul...
Hey hey hey! Thought I'd do a quick haul of two things I bought recently!
The first is the Rimmel London 'Apocalips' lip lacquer in the shade 'Big Bang' the line has 8 colours to choose from and they are all named after outer space things which I think is awesome!
I love this colour as it's bright red and I'm loving red/berry colours at the moment! The applicator is brilliant and makes it really easy to apply! Another great feature is that it doesn't smudge! Which is always great as it saves from frantic panic whilst out! I love it and how it feels, it is also very pigmented which is fab! I bought this for £5.99 at Boots and I will definitely be purchasing more from this line!

(ignore my totally cool face and shower curtain)
The second thing I bought is the Toni & Guy casual sea salt texturising spray which is meant to give texture and body. 'Creates texture and natural movement with light hold' My hair is quite straight, long and really thin, this product works brilliantly on my hair and definitely gives it more body and texture! I struggle to get volume in my hair and this helps a lot! I'm excited to use it a lot more! I paid £2.19 at Boots for this 75ml bottle, they also sell a 200ml bottle for £7.19 but I recommend you buy the small bottle first to make sure it works on your hair type!
hope you enjoyed this quick haul and you should try out these two items! x

Maybelline Falsies Mascara..
'Maybelline Falsies Mascara delivers a false lash look; giving you a full set of voluminous, bold, fanned out lashes and the appearance of no gaps from any angle.' - Boots.
I HAVE TO AGREE. I LOVE THIS MASCARA. I bought this mascara just after Christmas as I had got some money and could afford to pay the price of £7.99, which I begrudged doing at first but let me assure you it was 100% worth it! The mascara has pro-keratin and fibre which is designed to give immediate results. The brush is shaped like a spoon which helps fan the lashes out.
I think it definitely lengthens the lashes and creates a 'false-lash effect' but doesn't leave any clumps which is great! I got it in waterproof and I'm glad to say it doesn't run in the rain.. THANK-YOU MAYBELLINE!
If you're thinking of trying it out you should! I highly recommend it and I won't be changing mascara's unless it gets discontinued (let's pray it doesn't) The Maybelline Falsies mascara is available in pretty much every drugstore! Thanks for reading and I hope you try it out! x

My Experience With Contact Lenses...
hey! Today I thought I'd share my experience with contact lenses.
When I was 11 I started wearing glasses, I absolutely hated it, hardly anybody wore glasses in my year and honestly I felt out casted a bit, so I decided to not wear them, a decision I now really regret. My eyes gradually got worse and two years down the line it got to the point where I had to wear them or I'd be walking around like a drunk person because everything was so blurry and I couldn't read anything unless it was right in front of me.
I started wearing my glasses all the time and I really didn't mind. Last year however my brother was getting married and I didn't really want to wear my glasses as I felt like they made me look less dressed up, so I thought why not wear contacts?
My first appointment was so nerve wracking for me, I over think everything and panic myself over the littlest of things. My hands were really shaky and I really struggled to get them in, luckily my optician was lovely and he didn't mind that it took me half an hour just to get one in. Finally after I got them in it was like I had brand new eyes I could see everything and it was a great feeling!
The optician has to make sure you can take them out and put them back in again, I did it but my eyes were feeling really sore after all the prodding I had done. Two hours later I was sat in the car on Asda car park, crying my eyes out because I was in so much pain and I couldn't get them out because my eyes had shrivelled up, gone all watery and were the same colour as blood. I honestly thought I was going blind I couldn't see at all! I knew if I was going to get them out I'd need to calm down. Panic over, I managed to get them out.
I NEVER WANTED TO WEAR CONTACTS AGAIN!
A couple of days later my mum persuaded me to try it out again, I'm so glad I did. I remembered how awesome it was to see everything without glasses! I still wear my glasses but it's great to think if I'm going to a party I don't have to wear them or if it's raining I don't have to keep wiping them (which is such a pain)
I probably wouldn't wear contacts if my eyes were only a little bit bad but mine are horrendous and it's either wear glasses or don't see anything at all! So if you're optician tells you to wear your glasses DO IT! There's nothing more I regret than not wearing my glasses at 11/12. hope you enjoyed reading about my experience with contacts! :)

OOTD!
Hello I thought i'd do a quick casual outfit of the day, i'm not wearing anything special or fancy because to be honest i've stayed in all day! (ignore the hair it's still wet and I just quickly plaited it to get it out of my way)
I'm wearing a cross top from New Look, the crosses are different sizes and are all black and white. The neckline is very slouched and drops down on one shoulder, I like how it slouches as it looks casual and it's very comfortable.
The jeans are also from New Look! They are low waisted and a very light blue. I've had them for a while and I always end up going back to them because they are so comfy and go with almost everything I own! :)
That's everything I think apart from my awesome socks haha! They have Minnie Mouse on them hehe! :)
Hope you liked my quick OOTD x

Taylor Swift's Wonderstruck..
So of course when she brought out her perfume I had to try it! I am a bit behind on reviewing this as it was released in the UK on the 25th July 2012 but I thought I should still share my thoughts..
Wonderstruck is described as a charming and sparkling suprise of vibrant fruits, kissed by a bouquet of soft petals and a touch of sweet indulgence. The description is just as tantilizing as the actual smell! My first thoughts were this is very sweet yet very mature at the same time.
This scent is perfect for casual and formal occasions as it leaves a lovely smell, I believe this is from the heart notes of the fragrance which are Hawaiian White Hibiscus, Honeysuckle, Mimosa Flowers and Vanilla Whoopie Pie.. I'm not quite sure what a 'Whoopie Pie' is to be honest but it obviously adds a great twang of vanilla to the fragrance.
I definitely recommend this perfume, especially for young girls around the ages of 14-25, it just reminds me of innocence. If I haven't sold you on it yet LOOK AT THE PACKAGING!!! It is stunning and very funky (I even kept the box) the actual bottle has hints of glitter which reflect when light hits it. The lid is also very unique and makes me think of exotic places like India or Dubai, the perfume also comes with three charms a star, a bird and a bird cage. Sadly mine didn't come with the little charms which i'm a little bit gutted about as it is the one that was ordered :(
On the bright side Taylor is releasing her second perfume 'Wonderstruck Enchanted' which is already available in the US but isn't released in the UK till the 1st of May! I am very excited and will be definitely purchasing it!
Hope you enjoyed my review and it didn't bore you too much! x
