So of course when she brought out her perfume I had to try it! I am a bit behind on reviewing this as it was released in the UK on the 25th July 2012 but I thought I should still share my thoughts..
Wonderstruck is described as a charming and sparkling suprise of vibrant fruits, kissed by a bouquet of soft petals and a touch of sweet indulgence. The description is just as tantilizing as the actual smell! My first thoughts were this is very sweet yet very mature at the same time.
This scent is perfect for casual and formal occasions as it leaves a lovely smell, I believe this is from the heart notes of the fragrance which are Hawaiian White Hibiscus, Honeysuckle, Mimosa Flowers and Vanilla Whoopie Pie.. I'm not quite sure what a 'Whoopie Pie' is to be honest but it obviously adds a great twang of vanilla to the fragrance.
I definitely recommend this perfume, especially for young girls around the ages of 14-25, it just reminds me of innocence. If I haven't sold you on it yet LOOK AT THE PACKAGING!!! It is stunning and very funky (I even kept the box) the actual bottle has hints of glitter which reflect when light hits it. The lid is also very unique and makes me think of exotic places like India or Dubai, the perfume also comes with three charms a star, a bird and a bird cage. Sadly mine didn't come with the little charms which i'm a little bit gutted about as it is the one that was ordered :(
On the bright side Taylor is releasing her second perfume 'Wonderstruck Enchanted' which is already available in the US but isn't released in the UK till the 1st of May! I am very excited and will be definitely purchasing it!
Hope you enjoyed my review and it didn't bore you too much! x
